Will I be charged a fee for your services?

No. Conquest will never charge you a fee for placement. We aim to match your unique skills and expertise with companies that offer an opportunity for you to expand your potential and achieve career success..



What types of positions are available for me?

Conquest primarily supplies contract positions with our partner companies. However, there are contract-to-hire and permanent employment opportunities available at select partners. We specialize in IT, engineering, finance & accounting, technical and non-technical fields.



Can you sponsor / transfer my H1 or TN Visa?

We don’t sponsor but we can transfer already sponsored H1B Visas.



What type of benefits does Conquest offer?>

Conquest works with W2s – Citizens / GreenCard / H1 Transfers



Who can I talk to after starting my assignment?

How long do assignments last?

We primarily offer staff specific jobs with our customers. We offer internships at our corporate offices. Please send in your inquiry with your updated resume to info@conqueststaffing.com and we will respond with details on the available options.



Can you help me when my assignment nears the end?

Conquest is committed to making sure that your experience on assignment is rewarding and comfortable at every step of the process. Once you start your assignment, your day-to-day workflow will be designated by your hiring manager at the worksite. You can always reach out to your Conquest account manager with any questions or concerns. Select major partners have dedicated employee relations representatives who will check with you throughout your assignment to ensure everything is going well.



What happens to my resume when I submit it to Conquest ?

No two assignments are identical. The length of the assignment is determined by the needs of our partners. Aditi offers both long-term and short-term assignments. From long-term assignments with 40-hour work weeks to part-time or occasional positions, we strive to match your availability to the needs of our customers.



How and when am I paid?

Conquest stays actively engaged throughout your assignment and beyond. As your assignment comes to a close, our dedicated redeployment team of recruiters will work continuously to market the skills you have gained and help you find your next great opportunity.



Will my resume be sent to potential companies without my knowledge?

Once your resume is received, you will be contacted by a technical recruiter within 24 hours. Your technical recruiter will schedule a meeting/call to go over your background and criteria, and develop a plan that will meet your specific needs.



I am relocating soon. Can I apply for a job in my new location?

Contract employees are paid biweekly by Conquest. Typically, contract employees are paid based on the number of hours worked and the position’s pay rate. In some cases, contract employees are paid a salary. Direct placement employees are paid in accordance with our customers’ payroll policies.



Do you offer internships?

No. You will always be asked for a Right to Represent for any position to which you are being considered. Your resume will never be submitted without your prior consent. Your technical recruiter will discuss the job description, rate, work environment, location and any other pertinent information with you before submitting your resume to any of our partner companies.



Who does Conquest Work with?

Job applications require a valid current address. You can indicate your geographic preferences for work on your application. Conquest does offer relocation assistance for select projects. To indicate your geographic preferences, choose one or more cities in the eligibility section of your job application.
